Troy Georgiu is a strategic executive and advisor with over 20 years’ experience in high-performance sport and organisational leadership. As former CEO of the Perth Wildcats and Perth Lynx, he led the clubs to multiple championships, record revenue growth, and sustained profitability.
Now as Managing Director of TPG Advisory Group, Troy provides strategic, operational, and cultural advisory to clients across sport, community, and commercial sectors. His portfolio includes national sporting leagues, professional Club's, local governments, and private enterprise. Troy specialises in commercial growth, governance, systems design, and people-first culture frameworks.
