Restructuring the Commercial Landscape with Perth Glory FC

From 2022 to 2024, TPG Advisory Group worked alongside Perth Glory FC to support the Club's commercial growth and help strengthen its corporate partnership program. The focus of the engagement was on building a more structured and proactive approach to commercial acquisition and renewal, while positioning the club for long-term revenue sustainability.

TPG introduced new strategies to support sales activity, enhance partner engagement, and deliver stronger outcomes across key revenue areas. This included refining the Club’s corporate offering, developing a more strategic approach to market engagement, and supporting the internal team with tools to drive consistent results.

Over the two-year period, these efforts contributed to a 40 percent increase in new corporate revenue and the successful acquisition of a $1 million Platinum Partner — one of the most significant commercial outcomes in the Club’s recent history.
