Project Support for Major Venue Development in Perth

In 2025, TPG Advisory Group provided strategic and project management support for a major new infrastructure initiative stemming from a recent State Government election commitment. The project includes the development of a new V8 Supercars racetrack and a 20,000-seat amphitheatre in the Perth CBD.

As part of the engagement, TPG delivered a detailed functional requirements report to guide the early-stage design of the amphitheatre. This work ensured that operational needs, event flexibility, and patron experience considerations were fully integrated into the design planning process.

In addition to supporting the design phase, TPG also provided strategic advice on the venue’s commercial model. This included contributing to the financial forecasting process, with a focus on long-term viability and identifying potential revenue streams post-construction.

Our involvement in this project reflects TPG Advisory Group’s capacity to support large-scale venue and infrastructure developments, from initial planning through to commercial strategy.
