Infrasturcture and Operational Planning for Cockburn Basketball Association

From 2022 to 2024, TPG Advisory Group worked closely with the Cockburn Basketball Association to provide strategic support across all areas of the organisation’s operations. A key focus of this engagement was assisting the club with planning and stakeholder engagement for a proposed $75 million venue redevelopment, a transformative infrastructure project for the region.

As the Association entered a critical consultation phase with Local Government and other key stakeholders, TPG provided advice to ensure the club’s strategic priorities and long-term operational needs were clearly communicated and reflected in the planning process. This involved supporting the club in demonstrating how the redevelopment could enhance both community participation and high-performance outcomes, while preparing for future growth in membership and program delivery.
