TPG Advisory Group recently worked with a professional basketball club in the National Basketball League to support the development of its commercial and revenue-generating operations. The project focused on improving internal structures, refining sales strategies, and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and revenue across several departments.
Our engagement involved working closely with the club’s leadership and staff to review key areas such as corporate hospitality, partnerships, membership, and commercial strategy. Through a series of structured interviews and operational reviews, we helped the organisation identify areas for improvement and provided a set of practical recommendations to guide future decision-making.
